Personal Transformation Programs

Communication – or lack thereof – is one of the single most important things in business and life; it can make or break careers, opportunities, and relationships. It is fundamental to human existence. Yet, on some level or another, all of us are inadequate at it. Some of us are not confident of our ability to speak; others don’t know how to say something even if they know what to say. Some don’t communicate well (or at all) because they’re afraid of upsetting the other person or the status quo – and they end up doing it anyway!

 

Life is hard. Succeeding is harder. And sustaining success is even harder. 

Failure is inextricably linked to success. Steve Jobs succeeded because, at some point, he failed. Ray Kroc, the founder of McDonald’s, was a down-and-out salesman in his early 50s when he chanced upon what would become the multi-billion-dollar fast food industry. The world of business is awash with such stories of ordinary men and women who did extraordinary things. How did they do it?

 

Each of us has a purpose and a certain set of abilities. However, we are often bogged down by failures and insecurities. The problems may be external, but the solution always comes from within. Extraordinary things only occur when individuals have the capacity to self-reflect, which helps find the strength and ability to do certain things. Our intrinsic courses help participants understand and internalise this truth and find their purpose.

The Management U (MU) –
The Effective Communication & Executive Presentation Skills Program

As the name suggests, the Management U (MU) is a two – day program which is all about “YOU”, it enables and empowers people in the manner they communicate and present themselves on a public platform.

 

It’s a holistic program with a learning framework based on one’s visual, vocal, and verbal quotient which helps the learner with their communication skills, assertiveness, accent neutralization, voice modulation, pronunciation, listening skills, syntax building blocks, non – verbal communication, personality development, public speaking skills, managing difficult and critical communication, vocabulary, choice of words, content of a world class presentation, connect with global audiences, crafting a logical and an emotional connect with the audience, the power of body language, persuasive communication, personal effectiveness, presentation by design, time management, managing a difficult audience.

 

This module will have participants go through the Guided Discovery Method, a pre and post training assessment which will be video recorded for participants to monitor their learning journey and will follow the 40:20:40 learning delivery model.

Team Transformation Programs

Unless you’re a lonely shepherd in the mountains of Tibet with just a Lhasa Apso for company, everybody, in some capacity or other, deals with people on a daily basis. As you probably know (and kudos if you don’t), dealing with people isn’t easy. 

 

The book of clichés on people and what they mean to organisations is widely available, and you’ve probably read it more times than you care. But, often, even knowledge of potential problems isn’t nearly enough to help prevent them. People, in highly competitive or stressful environments, can behave in ways that create embarrassment at best and ugly, undesirable conflict at worst.

This highly engaging and physical workshop is held at an outbound location. The participants go through a series of activities and learn in the process. Learning with Fun is the key learning methodology with Miller Wymann Training Inc USA workshops.
