About Miller Wymann
In 2014, two Harvard graduates Leandro Dsylva and Tori Aiello decided to put their grey cells, creativity, and learning experience and expertise together and create a world class learning organization with a key focus on “Learning with Fun”.
As a leading learning organization, we are committed to putting people first. Whether they are participants of our programmes or our 150 + Ivy League educated facilitators, we treat them all as individuals with something unique to offer. We aren’t looking to preach from a pulpit or enlighten anybody – our approach involves creating informal, safe spaces that make people comfortable enough to become more confident, uninhibited, and expressive. This may explain why our learning community has more than 10,00,000 learners and our facilitators work with us for years.
We started off in a small coffee shop in Boston and have trained, coached, and mentored in over 88 countries, with more than 20 of the Fortune Top 500 companies as our learning partners.

Combining a head for business with a passion for theater, Leandro D’Sylva has coached several business tycoons and political giants in the NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, APAC regions. He completed his communication management at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM – Ahmedabad) post his graduation. This Harvard graduate in Executive Communication pursued his fellowship in Leadership Communication at Oxford University. He has trained, coached, and mentored over 4,00,000 executives in a 22 year career as a professional master trainer and coach.

On the Board of Directors of the Junior League of Greenwich, Tori is an Emmerson alumni with expertise in accent reduction and executive presentation. Her 20 years of experience include a stint as a coach to 2017 Democratic presidential candidate Hilary Clinton.

With over 50 years of teaching and training experience, Ted Hollingworth played a vital role as a faculty member at Harvard and Emmerson. With US government clearance for over 17 years, Hollingworth has served as an executive communication coach to seven US presidents starting with Richard Nixon.

Harvard Law school graduate, Jonathan Messinger has been a part of the Miller Wymann family since it’s time of inception and has been looking after the company’s legal policies, along with drawing up training contracts for over 150 Miller Wymann trainers and consultants spread across the globe with a keen interest in international certifications and affiliations.
